Income-Qualified Assistance

Eastern Colorado Utility Company is working in conjunction with Energy Outreach Colorado and the Governors Energy Office to offer an energy efficiency package for income-qualified customers. Depending on your income/need, you may qualify for one of three levels of service.
Level 1 provides low-cost measures such as faucet aerators, low flow showerheads, caulking, pipe wrap, water heater blankets, and an assessment of the homes need for level 2 or 3 services.
Level 2 provides services for homes with more substantial energy efficiency needs, but are not eligible for the Department of Energy Weatherization Assistance program.
Level 3 provides services for homes with the greatest energy efficiency needs who are also eligible for the Department of Energy Weatherization Assistance program.
For the multifamily low-income program, Energy Outreach Colorado will provide more high-efficiency measures.
